Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjivani Prakalp — PoCRA

The Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjivani Prakalp (NDKSP/PoCRA) is a comprehensive project implemented by the Agriculture Department of the Government of Maharashtra with assistance from the World Bank. The main objective of this project is to enhance climate resilience and profitability for smallholder farmers in approximately 5,000 villages across 15 drought-prone and salinity-affected districts.

15 Project Districts

Akola, Amravati, Aurangabad, Beed, Buldhana, Hingoli, Jalgaon, Jalna, Latur, Nanded, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Small and Marginal Farmers (≤ 2 hectares), landless laborers, Scheduled Caste/Tribe (SC/ST) farmers, and women farmers.
  • The applicant must be a resident of one of the 15 project districts.

Exclusions

  • Large-scale farmers (> 5 hectares).
  • Government employees.
  • Institutional landholders.

Required Documents

  • Aadhaar Card (linked with mobile number)
  • 7/12 Extract and 8-A Extract
  • Bank Account Details (copy of passbook)
  • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST)
  • Landless Laborer Certificate (if applicable)

How to Apply

  1. Visit the PoCRA DBT Portal.
  2. Register using your Aadhaar and mobile number.
  3. Choose the agricultural activity/intervention.
  4. Upload the required documents and submit the application.
  5. Field visits and technical verification are conducted.
  6. After approval, the subsidy is deposited directly into the bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
